We hope that you and your families are healthy and well. This year has presented historic challenges for our company, customers, partners, and communities. As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve, I first want to thank you for your continued flexibility and partnership during this time. We are proud to support you as we navigate these difficult times together. 

Although the ongoing health crisis has challenged much of the way we collaborate and do business, our global teams remain united around the common purpose of improving the quality of lives around the world. No matter the environment, our internal drive to serve our customers, partners, and the broader globe is something that will never change. Our commitment to advancing human health, comfort and safety, and helping to keep food and medicines fresh and safe takes on a new, more critical meaning for Emerson.  

Now more than ever, we are focused on supporting and protecting our employees, customers, communities, and the industries we serve while delivering for those who rely on us. Our promise to our customers and partners is grounded in one resolute tenet of our business – prioritize the health and safety of all employees. To keep our employees safe, we are working with public health officials to carefully monitor COVID-19, constantly evaluating work arrangements and providing the resources our employees need to take care of themselves and loved ones during this time. Without their commitment and passion, serving our customers, communities, and partners simply would not be possible. 

As we continue to operate through COVID-19, our approach remains agile, disciplined, and adaptable to our changing environment. Although no one could have possibly predicted what this year would bring, our 130-year history has helped prepare us for the uncertainty we now face. It has also equipped us with valuable lessons to ensure the continuity of our business, as well as yours.  

Our global sourcing and manufacturing strategy ensures operational contingencies to minimize disruptions in our ability to deliver the products and solutions you need. We are regularly tracking to understand any impact, adjust accordingly, and openly communicate with you to minimize any potential disruption to your business.
