Re: New Legal Entity Name Change
As a part of the acquisition by Blackstone of a majority stake in Copeland, formerly Climate Technologies, from Emerson, this letter is provided to notify and inform you of the following completed legal entity changes.
Any contractual obligations established under any agreement or current, open purchase orders have been transferred and all obligations will be honored by each legal entity under the new legal entity name. As Copeland fully evolves into a standalone company focused on the technology behind heating, cooling and refrigeration, and with the support that comes from being a portfolio company of Blackstone, Copeland is taking its next step as a leader in sustainable climate solutions. Be assured that the people you work with are the same as under our previous organization. This is an exciting time for our company and the 18,000 Copeland employees worldwide. We will continue to serve your needs and deliver value for you, providing the highest levels of customer service and follow-through on our commitments.
