Solution: By installing Verdant thermostats in 203 rooms, Holiday Inn Boston – Dedham Hotel & Conference Center optimized HVAC usage, reducing waste and cutting energy costs. The solution delivered a swift 13-month ROI, showcasing both operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. 

Challenge: Hampton Inn Potomac Mills faced rising energy costs from HVAC systems running in empty rooms, along with the challenge of maintaining guest comfort. Keeping efficiency in focus, the hotel needed a solution to optimize energy usage without disrupting the guest experience or operational ease. 

Solution: By installing 87 Verdant VX2 EMS thermostats with occupancy sensors and upgrading PTAC HVAC units, Hampton Inn Woodbridge enhanced energy efficiency. Achieving 21% average monthly energy savings and seamless guest comfort, the solution simplified operations, saved 179,040 kWh and boosted performance.
