Sandro Matic was named president, Americas for Copeland in August 2026.
 
Sandro first joined Copeland's leadership team as president, Europe in June 2023, guiding the region through the company's transition to standalone operations. He brings more than 15 years of international experience across operations, supply chain management, product development, market expansion and strategic planning. 
 
Before Copeland, Sandro held several senior roles at Emerson, including president of climate technologies Europe, vice president of product management and operations and vice president of operations and supply chain. Throughout his career, he has driven growth and transformation across multiple functions and regions.
 
Sandro holds a Global Executive MBA from IE Business School in Spain and a Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration from RheinMain University of Applied Sciences in Germany.
