On July 26, 2016, Saieg & Maggi alerted authorities that a load they were monitoring for their customer, Pacific Nut, had been stolen. With the help of the Emerson customer support team, authorities were able to locate the truck which was being unloaded at a private residence. The entire shipment was recovered and six individuals were detained.​​​​​​​
