How do I return used trackers or loggers?
For returning Copeland trackers:
- Email gogreen.Canada@copeland.com for a pre-paid shipping label
- Complete the tracker return form.
- Fill a rigid box with GO tracker devices, including the completed tracker return form.
- Attach the provided return label and a lithium-ion battery warning label to the exterior of the box and ship.
For returning Copeland loggers:
- Email gogreen.Canada@copeland.com for a pre-paid shipping label
- Complete the logger return form.
- Fill a rigid box with GO logger devices, including the completed logger return form.
- Attach the provided return label and ship.

Why is it important to recycle Copeland GO trackers?
All GO trackers contain lithium-ion batteries. These batteries are composed of critical raw materials—such as cobalt, graphite and lithium—which are considered both economically and strategically valuable resources. The GO GreenSense program removes the hassle from returning undamaged temperature monitoring devices. However, if you choose not to use GO GreenSense, ALWAYS dispose of batteries according to applicable local, state or federal regulations and DO NOT put lithium-ion batteries in the trash.

GO GreenSense is a recycling program that facilitates the return of GO Tracker and Logger products for proper battery and component recycling and reuse. Cargo Solutions provides customers with eco-friendly return boxes and pre-paid postage labels. Customers place units in the return box and simply ship them back.
